The kitchen is seen from the foyer and the family room. We kept it warm and comfortable while still having a bit of bling. We did an extra thick countertop on the island and a custom metal hood over the stove.

Inspired by the Andalusian region of Spain, the dining room features art and accessories from the homeowners' travels, accented by dark hardwood plank flooring and smooth white walls. Custom hand-wrought iron lends authenticity to the lighting, stair railings and drapery rods. In the adjacent stairwell, imported Spanish Talavera tile graces each riser.

Inspired by antique, Italian wedding chandeliers which hang above the bride and groom’s table, the traditional Matrimonio lighting collection by Feiss is named after the Italian word for "wedding."
