This project is a whole home remodel that is being completed in 2 phases. The first phase included this bathroom remodel. The whole home will maintain the Mid Century styling. The cabinets are stained in Alder Wood. The countertop is Ceasarstone in Pure White. The shower features Kohler Purist Fixtures in Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold finish. The flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile. The decorative tile is Wayfair “Illica” ceramic. The lighting is Mid-Century pendent lights. A platform tub and shower were hidden behind an intrusive wing wall and crammed into a corner, respectively. We reduced the wing wall to pony height, bringing the new, more streamlined built-in tub into harmony with the rest of the space. At the same time, expanding the shower into the closet and making it frameless, added room, light and beauty to the arrangement. A double vanity with a makeup space enjoys natural light from a window, while a trio of stone finishes, including veined quartz and two separate textures of marble, come together, creating a subtle palette.

Beautiful updates to dated spaces. We updated the master bathrooms and 2 guest bathrooms with beautiful custom vanities with recessed fronts. The beautiful gray finish works wonderfully with the Carrara marble and white subway tile. We created recessed soap niches in the guest bathrooms and a deluxe recessed niche with shelves in the master bathroom. The lovely gray and white palate gives a fresh calming feeling to these spaces. Now the client has the bathrooms of their dreams.

This Master Suite while being spacious, was poorly planned in the beginning. Master Bathroom and Walk-in Closet were small relative to the Bedroom size. Bathroom, being a maze of turns, offered a poor traffic flow. It only had basic fixtures and was never decorated to look like a living space. Geometry of the Bedroom (long and stretched) allowed to use some of its' space to build two Walk-in Closets while the original walk-in closet space was added to adjacent Bathroom. New Master Bathroom layout has changed dramatically (walls, door, and fixtures moved). The new space was carefully planned for two people using it at once with no sacrifice to the comfort. New shower is huge. It stretches wall-to-wall and has a full length bench with granite top. Frame-less glass enclosure partially sits on the tub platform (it is a drop-in tub). Tiles on the walls and on the floor are of the same collection. Elegant, time-less, neutral - something you would enjoy for years. This selection leaves no boundaries on the decor. Beautiful open shelf vanity cabinet was actually made by the Home Owners! They both were actively involved into the process of creating their new oasis. New Master Suite has two separate Walk-in Closets. Linen closet which used to be a part of the Bathroom, is now accessible from the hallway. Master Bedroom, still big, looks stunning. It reflects taste and life style of the Home Owners and blends in with the overall style of the House. Some of the furniture in the Bedroom was also made by the Home Owners.

Gorgeous custom white oak makeup and double vanity with porcelain stone countertops, two Allen sconces from Visual Comfort & Co. (formerly Circa Lighting). Muted tones compliment a maple stool. Backsplash tile from Ann Sacks, Tall, sliver frame mirror from Larson-Juhl ties everything together, including the Rock Crystal porcelain floor tile from Bedrosians.

A ceramic accent wall from the Cloe series in a crème color adds warmth and texture, while a shower niche shelf topped in Blizzard quartz provides both practicality and elegance.
