Ordine Contrariamente a quanto pensiamo, i bambini amano l’ordine. Il mondo là fuori è caotico e imprevedibile: poter contare sul fatto che, a casa, ogni cosa è al suo posto, ha un effetto estremamente rassicurante.

✔️Low shelves at the child's height allow for easy selection of toys and materials. They also prevent climbing for items out of reach, but in sight. ✔️Visibly organized items not only create a more unified environment but help the child know what sort of 'order' the room should be once things are put away. ✔️Not one 'toy' or material is given more prominence than another, allowing the child to more freely choose from a limited selection. Less influence from caregivers and marketing of toys allows for more independence in making free choices.

I like open shelving bc it will force us to not accumulate too many toys but rather keep different learning buckets accessible and displayed in a more clean looking way than stuffing buckets full of toys and shutting them away in a cabinet
