Inspiration for a mid-sized traditional full sun backyard gravel landscaping in Atlanta for summer.

Enjoy this pathway. It's easy to walk on and pretty too!Traditional Landscape, Atlanta

The gravel path was created along my normal route so no one had to retrain me. I love that the slate nuggets don't get stuck between my toes and Mom's really happy now that I don't drag mud into the house! ... Bailey the dog. THIS PHOTO IS FEATURED IN TWO HOUZZ EDITORIALS! cayote fencing what works an looks good?

I have only had one project where coyotes where a major concern and threat for clients 2 small dogs. Research showed that coyotes usually dig rather than jump over fence. So, at that site, 2' of wire fencing was buried at the base of their privacy fence. Large metal hooks were used to hold it down. Since the wire fencing was buried it wasn't unsightly. The client reports that she has not had any issues with coyotes entering the property, however, the 2 dogs are not left outside overnight, so possibly there isn't sufficient "prey" for the coyotes to want to try very hard to enter. I've heard of great success using electrical fencing but I haven't installed that so I have no other input in that regards. It appears that the fencing needs to be more fortified if "prey" is outside all the time as then the coyotes will become more aggressive. Hope this info helps.

Gorgeous!! Do you happen to know the name/type of crape myrtle?

That fabulous crape myrtle, the only one that is a true red, is called "Dynamite". Isn't it amazing?!!! All of my designs are that specific because the color of each blooming tree or shrub or perennial selected needs to blend with the entire theme of the project.
