The flowers are air dried and kept in dark corners to retain their colors. All kinds of flowers can be dried. They may not give out their natural fragrance, they have a great feel, even after they are dried. They may come in all colors. Even some grasses can be dried in such a way and retain their look. Grasses like oats and millet look great when dried.
