I have dark wooden cabinets, kind of scalloped edging around the top of the cabinets. It's a small space but functional. I want to brighten up the kitchen but I don't want it looking sterile. There is a small ledge above the cabinets and window. I'm thankful I have a window just above the sink. Any suggestion on color, etc?
