Is the bamboo matting feasible as a pergola topper in areas that can get pretty windy? Thanks for your help.

Will depend on the structure of the bamboo matting and then how you secure it. Buy a small amount and test before covering the full surface.

Thanks.. helpful and quick. We were looking at doing something similar for a restaurant space. Do you have any suggestions with regards to cost and timing (custom designing may take some time).

Hi. This pergola is steel with stainless steel cables. It was custom designed by SchappacherWhite for this client and fabricated by Gunnar Design. You could try Balwin Pergolas and ask if they sell plans.

The cost will depend on size, stone type: split on site, thinstone, brick, etc. This is double sided, Rumford fireplaces, and local hand split stone. The height was determined by local zoning and proportions of the building.

It’s also a great look for an outdoor fireplace.

This setup ensures guests will be comfortable in any type of weather, with a shade overhead for hot days and a fireplace nearby for cooler nights.

Bamboo works very well here because of the cohesive feeling it creates. Drawing from the color family of the chairs and stone fireplace, this room feels balanced and well planned.

Outdoor fireplaces are a red hot trend right now. As we try to live in smaller spaces and expand into outdoor rooms, an outdoor fireplace extends the time it can be used.

Outdoor fireplaces are a huge trend in patio design right now. How great would it be to grab some marshmellows and sticks and have s'mores after dining al fresco here?
