We hand craft fire bowl furnishings and have done similar installations using steel landscape edging, gravel base covered with sand. Check out our work!

We live on the waterway as well and would love to incorporate the plant on our bulkhead area...can you tell us what the name of the plant is?

“The sand circle is great for all ages,” Batson says. “The adults love to wiggle their toes in the warm sand around the fire pit, while the kids use it as a sandbox.” The sand is 8 inches thick and has filter fabric underneath and metal trim around it.

2. Take advantage of end-of-season sales to fill gaps in your gear. Once you know what you need (a new umbrella to replace the one that blew away?), consider stocking up now rather than waiting until next year. Not only will you get the lowest price now, but you can avoid that last-minute shopping frenzy on the way to the beach next year.
