The chairs are from Eames. They can be purchased through many contract locations. I had a COM put on them as this apple green color is not available through the company. Thank you for your great question. You can also purchase them through PURE Design Environments.

Hi llarkins39, the dimensions are approximately 20 x 30 to 32. The room is positioned directly above the garage these are not exact figures. Our design specialist would be happy to provide further detail, please call us at 952-224-1231.

One dormer is used for the desk top to die into and on the other side we put in a seating arrangement.
I honestly do not remember the exact dimensions but it is directly above the garage and so it would be 20 x 30 to 32. Hope this helps

The window is approximately 48 by 48. We held it tight to the ceiling and brought it directly to the height of the counter which is set at 30" so we could get the most light as possible from the space. The idea was to make the space as open and airy as we could.

The ceiling mirrors what you see there is a sofa and the tv built in. Then there are apair of glass doors that open to the hallway adjacent to the bedroom suites. This room is over the garage.

Make it comfortable. Again, you’ll be spending considerable time here, so set it up like you would any other space in the home. “Furnish it with a cozy carpet, or fresh plants and flowers to bring in the outdoors,” says Jenkins. “It introduces comfort and a sense of harmony.”

    10. Top office. Most attics live and die without ever having an identity of their own. Build out your attic space as a one-of-a-kind office that will make you a voluntary workaholic. Like that it has lots of storage and is uncluttered. I don’t like that goofy table/peninsula
