Mediterranean Entry, San Francisco

A Mediterranean built in 1923 is made timeless with Venetian plaster arched walls. An antique flat weave rug is given new life as upholstery on a club chair. Iron work was intended for Hearst Castle, but was deemed too modest by Julia Morgan, and sold to the original builder. Leather camels add a touch of levity. Photo By: Misha Bruk
