    Same as yours Judy , but baking is a challenge have tried reducing temp and times but I will keep trying

    I had a problem with regular oven setting being too hot, too brown when I used Le Creuset pans. Now that I use convection it is very good. Be sure to use center rack setting for best results. Good luck! You can also set temp 25 degrees lower, bakes well without the excessive brown bottom on cookies or breads.
