The glass chargers are from Bowring, in Canada. The blue and white plates are antique plates, made in England.You might be able to find the same kind though, at antique markets.

This dinnerware set is part of the collection: Dickens Series.
made by; English Ironstone Pottery Staffordshire. England.
The specific pattern is : David Copperfield leaving for school.
The "Dickens series all have the same pattern around the rim. Only the scene engraved in the center of the plate is different for each pattern.
