Elegant black floor living room photo in Portland with white walls

Glamorous Four SquareTraditional Living Room, Portland

Eclectic in style, the home’s modern and ethnic furnishings are unified in color and scale. Many of the pieces were locally custom-made, including a sofa that nestles into the living room’s bay window; living-room chairs cozily upholstered in sheepskin; handcrafted wood dining-room benches and a dining-table top; and vibrant blown-glass sculptures by Portland artist Andy Paiko. Photo by Lincoln Barbour.

can you tell me the wood species of floor/ trim and the exact manufacturer & stain color, I have an old craftsman era chapel that i am restoring for client. Minwax color Jacobean is too brown, and ebony is too black. thinking of mixing. The floor and trim are heart of pine (orange) exact like shown. any help appreciated.
