How is the door hinged?

- I will be putting a door in the same spot in my kitchen, on the other side of a peninsula, and am trying to figure out how it should open. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Oh I see now! I was looking at the refrigerator! It looked to me like there was a door there, hinged in the center! My apologies. . .

Thanks! The lower cabinets are standard counter cabinet height (34 1/2" before counter surface) and they are 18" deep.

Thanks! It's actually a 6x12 tile. We purchased through Architectural Ceramics. It's their Naturals collection and the color is "cotton". Here's a link to the product page:

The peninsula cabinets are in "Slate" - a painted finish offered by the cabinet manufacturer. (Brookhaven).

The spacing between the peninsula and the perimeter cabinetry is 40" on both sides. We'd likely recommend sticking with that spacing for easy flow throughout the space.

Hello! Thanks for your comment. The length of the wall your are wondering about is approximately 113" (not including the refrigerator and its side panels).

Thank you! I think it's just the lighting in this photo. All the perimeter cabinets are the same color (Alpine White) and just the island/peninsula is different. Best of luck with your project!
