Hi! We're pricing out building a banquette with a similar look and feel. Would you be able to share the builder's contact info? Thanks! (pgurav2@gmail.com)

I would like to know the dimensions of the actual banquette--it is larger than most of them in the collection.

This is a custom made banquette, built for this dining alcove. It is approx. 10' long by 5' wide. We upholstered it using durable outdoor fabrics.

I am looking for someone to build a built in corner bench like this one. Who built this?

  • PRO
    Hetherwick Hutcheson Design
A local custom cabinet maker in the SF bay area. If you are in the area, I can give you his name & number. We had a separate upholsterer make the custom cushions.
    Thanks for your interest. Kelly

That is a Solar Shade. Its made out of woven plastic and comes in varying opacities and plastic colors. Ours is an off white. Hunter Douglas makes some along with several other vendors. You see them often used in restaurants for sun control.

Wondering if the cushions are attached to the bench?

  • PRO
    Hetherwick Hutcheson Design

the cushions on the banq are loose or not attached permanently. They are heavy and long so they stay put vs sliding off. the back cushions just lean on the angled back of the builtin.

Thinking outside the box on banquettes. This one has a cool vibe that could be taken to a more traditional look.
