I love the placement of the fire pit. What are the dimensions of the fire pit?

    Pike Awning Company

That is a very common style retractable awning. Any local awning company should be able to help you order and install it. You can also look at Eclipse Awning who supplies many awning companies with this type of product

The fabric of the awning looks like Bisque Brown by Sunbrella, the most popular fabric supplier.

We can ship nationwide and have some qualified suppliers, but primarily only service Bay Area, California. Give us a shout if you're in the area. Here's our retractable awnings page for more info.

Otherwise, if you run a google search for retractable awning, you should be able to find some suppliers in your area that can install one for you.

I am sorry I was looking to see pictures of exterior paint for houses because I'm planning to paint my house and some ideas for curb appeal

The Owner built the pergola so I'm not 100% sure but would guess redwood.

Great question about what type of wood stain was used on this project. I love the lighter wood color on this pergola. The posts look amazing attached to the cement pilasters. It also goes great with the pavers and wood deck. If I had a deck like this, I'd be spending a lot more time outdoors! I'd love to get something like this for my backyard. I think it looks nice and can add some shade. http://www.aluminumbuilders.com/patio-covers/

Such things are best learned in a degree program and then job experience. Good luck.

Throw pillows are another easy way to introduce pattern, color and texture without a lot of commitment. Here, the pillows are actually what you notice first. Pillows also make sometimes stiff outdoor lounge seating more comfy. Make sure the fabric and insert are appropriate for outdoor use if they’re not going to be covered.

AFTER: See the opening in the previous photo in the fence to the right of the garage? That’s about where this pergola now stands. The new entry sequence is an experience, transitioning from street to driveway and into the front yard’s series of relaxing outdoor rooms.Extending the living space outdoors was a priority for the Harmons. In fact, there’s a play on enclosed and open spaces, and public and private ones, throughout the entire property.
