@ Teri Stephens. The original poster has answered the same questions over and over again. This site is for the general public to glean ideas from designers, not to sponge exact measurements and proprietary information without spending a cent. If you want to replicate the look of staged pictures, you hire the designer in question (or another designer if they aren't in your area) and ask them to copy the details for your room.

What is the depth of these cabinet shelves? How deep is the overall unit from the wall?

  • erivers419

Found my answer.......the lower cabinets are 24" deep, the uppers are 12" deep, the shelves are 1.5" Thanks! It looks great! I'm wanting to do the something similar but concerned my area is not deep enough. However, this room doesn't seem real deep. What are the dimensions of this room? Is that available?

We are using components from either xfinity or direct TV with RF signals so we don't need a clear window to component. (You could also use a grate in place of a door if you are not using RF signals.) Our audio components will all be wireless - using Sonas for that. Husband (my AV expert) says there is no need to have wires for anything any longer so he is not doing any prewiring for AV or audio in the house we are building.

  • jane104
Thank you for your prompt response. We'll look I to the Sonas system.

The lighting is recessed into the shelf shining up so you don't see it. It is Led but more powerful than the tape lights. It's a track with individual lamps.

Another option is TVCoverUps. Framed art(including your own) or Mirror adds to the room's decor, with the hidden TV & Entertainment Consoles beneath.
See how EASY it really is:

White accessories make a statement against dark elements in this tailored space. An all-white arrangement is always dramatic. The shapely vases and graceful orchid soften the look but keep the monochromatic appeal.More:Eye-Catching Centerpieces Beyond Flowers and FruitBrowse trays in the Products section

Fred Albert added this to How to Get That Built-in Media Wall You Really WantJan 3, 2014

Cabinetmaker Stewart True of True Carpentry and Cabinetry in Cummings, Georgia, says 36 inches is a good height for a base, while 20 to 24 inches is a good depth — deep enough for board games and electronics. Often the base under the TV will protrude out farther, just to break up the unit more.“You’re always going to want to vent your components if you put them behind a door,” says Dennis Budd of Gast Architects in San Francisco. Fit the doors with grilles or speaker cloth, or add ventilation to the toe kick. For a recent project, Budd added a silent fan controlled by a thermostat, so it kicks on whenever the electronics start getting warm.

If Your Style Is Rich, Masculine and TraditionalIf more color equals more stimulation, then a room like this should bring your pulse down. Midtone wood built-ins anchor this room, which draws its success from the monochromatic palette.Relax it: Select a deep, warm hue and soft, tactile fabrics to create soothing appeal. To add interest to your monochromatic room, the key is to use soft tone-on-tone patterns and lots of texture. Don't stray too far from your chosen color. Your room will soothe while still being interesting.

Mitchell Parker added this to What Chipotle and Radiohead Can Teach Us About Sound Quality at HomeJul 17, 2013

Place speakers an equal distance from each long wall. If one speaker is closer or further to the wall than the other, the sound from one speaker will reach your ear before the other and cause delay, limiting sound quality. “Try to get it perfectly geometric if you can,” Emmi says.
