    What brand fireplace is this?

I can't really see it that well, but Heat n Glo, Sparks, and Montigo are popular quality fireplaces. They have traditional to contemporary. Hope this helps.

The floating shelf is made of wood and stained espresso. The art work in the corner is from Stephen Bullock. He has a website and his work is very unique.

Stephen does work in multiple mediums and I would suggest contacting him directly as I am sure you can commission him for a light sculpture.
