I love those chairs!!!! Where are they from?

  • daniellemcguckin
    Hi Amy,
Just wanted to say thank you for the inspiration. I really like the neutral background with black and mustard accent colours - I never would have used mustard!
I also really admire the wall treatment and the way it frames the bed and side tables/

I was originally going for beige and dark timber with black and silver accents. I have a black linen bed and dark chocolate side tables, but I will now give this scheme a go!

    Many thanks!

    hello there!

actually, when searching for the perfect piece for this space, we came across this"Naples Bowl" from ZGallerie.

It's crafted of willow branches, and makes a unique art piece when hung! they look great in a set, or even a grouping of four....
  • Anita Swan Fighera
grouping them together really helps to create a focal point - they really pop!

They are from a company called Stein World - and called "winter woods" 3 drawer chests. Although Stein World is a to-the-trade only manufacturer, you can check their website for a retailer near you - OR - I've had a client recently find the same ones on wayfair.com...
    Happy Shopping!

The fabric is from Kravet, and called "Riad" in color: Jet Black....it's one of our favorites, and actually cant tell from the photo - but the black pattern is embroidered over the white base, so it has a beautiful three dimensional, textural feel!

Jayne: After an exhaustive search - I've come to find out this particular fabric has been discontinued! They still offer the same motif in wallpaper - but not in fabric. Bummer!
You may want to peruse the Romo Fabric website, however, there are several patterns in the same colorway that may be a suitable replacement.
Also, there is a fabric vendor called MJD (MichaelJonDesigns.com) that has very similar patterns and styles to Romo. Perhaps you can find something there - plus they offer a 'where to purchase" option. Good Luck!

What is the paint colour?

  • Barb Smith
Thanks so much for getting back to me. I love this colour. How could I get this paint colour mixed? What brand would I use?
  • PRO
    Masterpiece Design Group
Color Wheel is a national brand, check the internet for a Color Wheel supplier / location in your area -

www.comex-paint.com (see "Brands" tab for Color Wheel), they also have a handy paint finder.

I did see that 2923 M is listed as "wild guinine" - it's hard to tell, but it very well could be the same color.

I also found the same ID# listed as Color Wheel "Flourishing" on another site! Strange, indeed!

The chairs are from DR Kincaid (#5627) in a fabric called "Candlewick", and premium worn black finish (you can't see legs, but there are darling exposed legs with castered feet). You can definitely visit the DR Kincaid website (www.drkincaidchair.com) and find a local retailer near you!

The 'frames' are 1 x 6 Flat Trim Stock (for Wall Moulding) that we designed to frame out the nightstands and mimic a 'headboard' over the bed. They were constructed and installed by the builder of this home, using basic paint-grade wood (1" deep x 6" wide)....the end result is gorgeous!
  • K-Ray
Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed reply. Your work is gorgeous.

Meaning the 'art pieces' above the beds? These are actually 'bowls' or platters from Z Gallerie that we creatively transformed into wall art! (See Z Gallerie website for "Naples Bowl")

Hi there - we've had quite a time determining the specific name for this color - if you can review some of our other posts and questions you will see what I mean ! :-)
The original color (Shown Here) was from Color Life (a Color Wheel Brand) ~ but considering the trouble we've had determining the correct ID# and name, I'm going to pitch some perfect substitutions from Sherwin Williams:
Try one of these to get this lovely look:
    SW 6072 Versatile Gray
    SW 6064 Reticence
    SW 6080 Utterly Beige
(Always try a sample on your own wall, and analyze in your home's individual natural light, at night, etc...)
    Happy Painting!
