Bathroom - mid-sized contemporary gray tile and porcelain tile porcelain tile bathroom idea in San Diego with furniture-like cabinets, medium tone wood cabinets, a one-piece toilet, white walls, an integrated sink and solid surface countertops

Investment Property

Contemporary Bathroom, San Diego

Continuing the concrete-look porcelain tile throughout the home gives it a nice, clean consistency and appeal. Carrying the tile from floor to walls while accenting the tub/ shower wall with simple, yet interesting mosaic makes the space playful yet sophisticated. The walnut vanity gives a pop of warmth to the space and creates balance. Having good tile installers is a MUST especially when renovating a older home where none of the walls are straight and wanting a clean modern look. Chris Haver Photography

Any bright design ideas on how to do a built in when you have a 90 degree "issue" with the fireplace? I haven't been able to find a similar scenario with solution yet. Thanks in advance.

Ah yes...the continuous question of where to put all the kid "stuff" in a way that feels good in your home & not like it's taking over. It's a bit hard to tell without seeing the rest of the room. Does the fireplace go wall to wall or is there a little bit of space on either side? Try getting a more decorative trunk or storage bench with a slide out drawer for all the costumes & some long wall shelves.
