This powder room got a mini facelift. we started by refacing the cabinet, as it was too costly to replace the cabinet, as the existing plumbing was located on an exterior wall and flooring. Labour would be to pricy for this budget. A new granite counter top with under mount sink, replaces the existing green laminate. new accessories, vanity light. In addition wallpaper was also out of the question with the existing budget, a faux stripe paint treatment was done, which looks like wallpaper. And to finish off the updated look a glass mosaic tile back splash was added.
