Could you tell me the width excluding the chimneys and porte-cochere? Thanks so much!

The front portion of the house is 45' wide- there is a mud room back at the porte-cochere that extends another 5' or so from the main "block"

I believe they are pairs of 2'6" X 6'2" dbl hung windows with a 22" transom.

This is a beautiful, stately home. Very clean lines.

I'm not sure which shutter manufacturer was used on this. The contractor is Matthew Morris- maybe he would know.

I don't have a record of that- I just know they got the closest match they could. Sorry I can't be more help!

Hi Michelle. This plan was done as a custom for a particular lot and a program that is unique to the client. We typically do not sell/resell our plans. We could work on something similar for you if that is an option- but we try to not repeat ourselves even if it is a different market area. Thanks, and let us know if we can be of service.

Benjamin Moore White Dove, I believe- you might want to check the tags on the photos to double check. I think the colors and materials are tagged.

I'm not sure about the spec on the chimney toppers. Maybe the contractor, Matthew Morris would know the exact model.

You might be able to see it on photo 2 in the set- the gutter just raps back to an inset that has downspouts on the front and back of the porte-cochere.....if you're talking about the front entry porch, there is a gutter on the front, and discharges that disperse the water into the planting beds on each end.
