    Clever Storage by Kesseböhmer
Hi there, I'm from Kessebohmer, we used to make that gourmet pantry system you see in the picture above. We've replaced it with a newer system called the Tandem:

    http://www.houzz.com/projects/59848/Tandem-Pantry

The Tandem is easier to use than that pantry, because as soon as you open the doors the items in the back are automatically pulled forward to make them much easier to reach. Because of the way we were able to engineer the Tandem, you can actually hold more stuff in a pantry then this older unit, and it's all easier to access without having to flip around the back shelves.

The Tandem fits in just about any place that this older unit does. If you wanted to give me the specs of your cabinet, I'd be more than happy to help you find one that fits.

Also, we've got a bunch of other really nice storage solutions too. I'd be happy to send you a catalog that is much easier to read than the Hafele one. I'm always here to help as well.

Thanks for weighing in Eric - I knew you'd know the right replacement item!
What we know as Hafele, you can find on on the web as http://www.clever-storage.com/ or as fellow houzz professional: http://www.houzz.com/pro/cleverstorageus/ (a lot easier to remember than the German company name Kessebohmer!).
You'll find their products in a number of well-known high-end cabinet brands as well as custom projects such as ours.

Those in the pic are from Hafele - the custom cabinet was built with the use of this hardware in mind.

    Yes, it is Hafele.
Note - if you see a photo with a green tag it means that it has been tagged.
When click on the photo and your cursor is on it, you'll see the contents of the tag:
    Pantry Hardware by Hafele
    http://www.hafele.com/us/

You can also check to see whether the question has been asked previously, either for the photo or another one within the set of photos in the project.

Now you're well on your way to becoming a houzz power-user!

I'm guessing that your asking about the pantry storage solution rather than the bottle of pepto bismol!
This kitchen storage solution is sold by http://www.hafele.com/us/ and they have a retailer locator on their website.
Sadly, this particular model is no longer available.

We purchased these inserts. You can get spice inserts and other kitchen storage solutions from Hafele, Rev-a-Shelf, Kessebohmer USA, or Richelieu to name a few. - rf

8. Deep cabinet organizer. This pullout pantry organizer, paired with cabinet door racks, is a favorite for 150,000 Houzzers. “Many of our clients don’t have room for a walk-in pantry,” says Rhoda Fry, of Bill Fry Construction. “Having storage on the doors and inside keeps everything organized and within easy reach.”

4. Special hardware accessories are great for full utilization of a space. Spinning, rotating, moving, sliding, oh my! This seemingly complicated storage system provides one simple function: use nearly every square inch of this space for storage. Racks on the doors are perfect for spice containers. The other shelves hold larger items. By using this type of system, you can create a deep pantry and still get to items in the very back without having to crawl into your cupboards. If you are just trying to redo an existing cupboard or pantry, talk with a local cabinet maker about incorporating some of the many storage options.
