Kitchen wallpaper installation – Flower Mound, TX This Flower Mound kitchen project used industrial-inspired wallpaper with concrete texture and metallic undertones. Ideal for high-traffic areas, the washable vinyl surface was installed behind open shelves and along the backsplash. Its raw matte finish plays off stainless appliances and black hardware for a cohesive look.

The "Dream of the '90s" was alive in this industrial loft condo before Neil Kelly Portland Design Consultant Erika Altenhofen got her hands on it. The 1910 brick and timber building was converted to condominiums in 1996. No new roof penetrations could be made, so we were tasked with creating a new kitchen in the existing footprint. Erika's design and material selections embrace and enhance the historic architecture, bringing in a warmth that is rare in industrial spaces like these. Among her favorite elements are the beautiful black soapstone counter tops, the RH medieval chandelier, concrete apron-front sink, and Pratt & Larson tile backsplash

When re-creating this families living spaces it was crucial to provide a timeless yet contemporary living room for adult entertaining and a fun colorful family room for family moments. The owner said "any color but white" for her farmhouse kitchen country kitchen. Earthy and elemental materials are selected for the home that reference the barn without directly mimicking it. Wooden members found inside the barn and from other barns bridge ceilings and are used in floors along with rustic slate adding to a sense of simplicity to the farmhouse design.
