This is the Solarium upstairs in the new second story. Texans have a sense of humor and Finn, being an Icelandic architect loves to play off of that. Pony sling chairs and a light filled room make for a unique lounge. We could have easily made this a typical dark and plush lounge but the view and space called for a buoyant light filled Solarium instead. The same concealed curtain cove exists here so it can also be used as a media room when the moment calls for it. isARK Studio
