A refined farmhouse laundry room blends timeless charm with modern functionality, creating a space that feels both elevated and inviting. This design features abundant cabinetry, offering generous storage while maintaining a clean, uncluttered look. The cabinetry’s classic detailing pairs beautifully with expansive countertops, providing ample workspace for folding, sorting, and everyday tasks. A rich green backsplash wraps the room in warmth and character, introducing a natural, organic tone that adds depth and visual interest. Underfoot, decorative floor tile brings an extra layer of personality, infusing the space with pattern and subtle artistry while complementing the overall farmhouse aesthetic.

The layout of this laundry room did not change, functionality did. Inspired by the unique square 9×9 tile seen on the floor, we designed the space to reflect this tile – a modern twist on old-European elegance. Paired with loads of cabinets, a laundry room sink and custom wood top, we created a fun and beautiful space to do laundry for a family of five! Note the the appliance hookups are hidden. To keep a seamless look, our carpentry team custom built the folding table shelf. There is a removable board at the back of the wood countertop that can be removed if the hookups need to be accessed.

Our St. Pete studio designed this stunning home in a Greek Mediterranean style to create the best of Florida waterfront living. We started with a neutral palette and added pops of bright blue to recreate the hues of the ocean in the interiors. Every room is carefully curated to ensure a smooth flow and feel, including the luxurious bathroom, which evokes a calm, soothing vibe. All the bedrooms are decorated to ensure they blend well with the rest of the home's decor. Moving the laundry into an unused bedroom space allowed for a sorting/folding island, a desk area & a large double closet.

The light filled laundry room is punctuated with black and gold accents, a playful floor tile pattern and a large dog shower. The U-shaped laundry room features plenty of counter space for folding clothes and ample cabinet storage. A mesh front drying cabinet is the perfect spot to hang clothes to dry out of sight. The "drop zone" outside of the laundry room features a countertop beside the garage door for leaving car keys and purses. Under the countertop, the client requested an open space to fit a large dog kennel to keep it tucked away out of the walking area. The room's color scheme was pulled from the fun floor tile and works beautifully with the nearby kitchen and pantry.

The remodel includes new semi-custom cabinetry with smart interior conveniences, pull-out hanging racks, open shelving, a farmhouse sink, and striking matte black quartz countertops with marble veining. We added gold hardware for warmth and contrast, installed a large-capacity front-loading GE washer and dryer, and created ample storage throughout. To make the room even more functional for everyday living, we also incorporated a dedicated feeding station for her pet.

The laundry room features gray shaker cabinetry, a butcher block countertop for warmth, and a simple white subway tile to offset the bold black, white, and gray patterned floor tiles.
