Leesburg Beacon Hill Pool LandscapeTraditional Pool, DC Metro

This project the home sat at the top of the hill with breathtaking views all around. The challenge was restrictions that dictated the placement of the pool a distance from the house. The final design was very pleasing with the swimming pool on the slope with these amazing views. A walkway leads from the side of the home to the pool gate. On entering the pool area, reveals a spa cascading into the pool, ample Techo-Bloc paver pool decking, and the valley laid out below.

This picture was taken in the early fall and Autumn Brilliance were changing color. The other trees are multi stem crapes, I'd have to go back to the landscape plan to verify.

Wondering if you have enough clearance over the seating. (Wouldn't want to blast guests with a too-strong breeze.) Otherwise, if the fan is wired properly and outdoor-rated, why not? Could disperse insects and provide a gentle breeze...

The ceiling fans need to be Wet rated or Damp rated. Generally the ceilings are set at 8' fan hieght. We have never had any complaints set at that height.

This wonderful display of uplighting not only highlights and enhances the landscape and architectural features of the space, but also offers a reference point for someone to gauge distances and varying grades in the garden.

Landscape lighting. Hiring a professional to consult with you about landscape lighting is a good investment, both for beauty and more importantly, for safety.
