The clients are quilters and collect quilts from all over the world. These were custom made for the client - they are stained glass panels inserted into a large wooden frame to create expansive lighting panels.

To me, this looks like a Hubbardton Forge light fixture.

Echeguren Slate
We carry that stone. It's called China White Gold Quartz. See http://www.echeguren.com/catalog/flooring-slates/60/7/chinese-flooring-slates/china-white-gold-quartz-flooring-tile-detail.html for info and pictures.

This wall color is from Benjamin Moore and is called Pearl Harbor. It's a lovely creamy yellow.

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Bud Dietrich, AIA added this to Ceilings That Work: Designs for the Space Above
The panels in a coffered ceiling can be of just about any material. In this example, the panels are decorative and translucent, enabling the light to come from a source hidden above the ceiling line. The design of these coffer panels is very structured: a series of layered grids in a fun, somewhat abstract design of strong colors. This large room has multiple activity areas, each placed beneath its own coffered ceiling. While the overlapping grids give general order and structure, the colors reinforce the center of the ceiling and each activity area.
Lisa Frederick added this to 8 Coffered Ceilings That Defy Tradition
Stained glass gives the coffers in this space an Arts and Crafts touch.
