    The flooring we used was from Eleganza and the type was Castle Sterling in a Matte Finish.

- I was also wondering if the sink was directly opposite the stove and what the distance is between Island and stove. In other words if there is someone at the stove and another person at the sink at the same time,is it cramped?

    Yes, the sink is the opposite side of the range. It measures 42" space between the two counters.
