    The most cost effective operating costs would be with a geothermal system, using a ground sourced heat pump water to water heat pump. After that would be natural gas , assuming you have natural gas in your area. thanks

      Tone and hues of tile with the knotty pine. You see this a lot, but don't want to go too pink of an under tone. Your walls have a bit of that pink under tone because of its' newness, but looking it at different light during the day would be best.
