    I do not remember the manufacturer's name, but I do know that the color was referred to as Indian Sand. That being said, whenever you purchase stone, you should ask for 'live samples' because each section of the quarry will have natural variations and you should always request samples from the product you are interested in purchasing. This is not a difficult to slate to find and it might be called something different. Another piece of advice is that when working with slate that has so much color variation as this one i always order 20% extra so that if there are pieces that are too light or dark or whatever, you then have the option of not using them.
