I was in West Elm today and saw these mirrored side tables and thought of you - they would work with the measurement and they are pretty fab:

They are having a sale on their side tables right now.

Since the time these were purchased, mirrored furniture has become very popular. The answers above should be helpful.

I absolutely agree with Terri. I get all my cabinetry custom made, and furniture custom made so I can reupholster later. Buy the best and it will be with you for a very long time. I just lucked out in getting a headboard that is incredibly well made, incredible high end fabric, and identical to the one in the picture for a very low price. It's a headboard, and unless someone is using a headboard for something unusual, it has very little wear! It illicits oohs and aahs everytime someone walks into my room. It is now 4 years old and looks like the day I purchased it. Some things you do not have to pay through the nose for, ask ANY designer. My dining room table was custom made for the very same reason: it will last forever and it is used often. It is a heritage piece.

The wall color is very pretty. It is hard to tell because it is dark in the room , but is the color a tone of grey?

The color is in the white family with a slight cast of grey/taupe

If you go to a Sherwin Williams paint store you can look at the color card

This chandelier was purchased through a to-the-trade showroom. If you are interested in ordering one I would be happy to order it for you.

If you look at the other views of the room you will see a wood chest that was used that has a rustic grey wash. I think it is important not to use matching pieces for a successful design. The contrast of the weathered wood is a great juxtaposition with the refined pieces in the room.

Where is this bed from?

This upholstered bed is a Kravet Furniture piece that I had upholstered in a heavy Belgian Linen. The weight and texture of the linen makes all the difference in an up close view of the room. A cheap fabric would not have had the richness and importance of an excellent Belgian linen.

Terri, that sounds wonderful! I love linen too! And Kravet has some really beautifully-styled pieces for sure.

If djovicic's budget allows for it, then he/she could have a beautiful reproduction of the bed pictured. However, if a less-expensive fabric is needed, there would be some nice options if careful sourcing is done. Something with good body and perhaps a backing would give it the support it needs to cover the expanse of the headboard.
