This stone blend is original to the 18th century portion of this house. It is a typical blend found in the Chester County region of Pennsylvania consisting of Wissahickon schist and ironstone. Rolling Rocking Building Stone of Boyertown, PA is a great resource for stone blends such as this.
Color contrast on deep set front door.
Like the front door color, consider robins-egg blue as alternative
