This was our first time using Aquaguard so I have only this project as a reference. Based on the contractors comments it was very easy to install and because of its thickness (thicker than most ) it enabled us to skip transition strips from tile to laminate. Also the product install specifications allows for long runs without transition strips so we ended up returning all the strips. It is easy to clean. Our flooring was installed while having to do some impromptu light construction and cleaned up well with a vacuum and damp mop. You should note that we purchased this product not just for claims on durability but also because there is an aging dog now living on the premise so accidents happen and the waterproof elements were a big win! I hope this helps you with your decision.
