The patio tile is made from pebbles hand harvested from the exotic island of Timor, Indonesia. They are hand selected for color and shape quality. This specific color is timor tan. The quality of these pebbles can vary widely. To use the highest quality stones, please contact www.zenparadise.net.

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you regarding your question.

The paving around the fire-pit patio is made of smooth pebble stone inlay. This one is called Seaside pebble tile (also known as Indonesian pebble tile) and it comes in a 12"x12" mesh.

Check out: http://www.coverallstone.com/tile/seaside-pebble-tile/
for options and sizes etc. There are other sources as well.

Hope this helps!

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Lauren Bonar Swezey added this to Your Patio: The Beauty of a Firepit, Without The Smoke
Perched on a hill, this patio is the perfect spot for an inset firepit, which offers clean lines and unobstructed views. Drew Sivgals of AMS Landscapes says a gas-fueled firepit is the best alternative in Southern California, where wood burning types are banned in new construction.
Lily Gahagan added this to 16 Fire Pits to Fit Into Your Landscape
On the other hand, you could sink it directly into the surrounding stone, as in this sleek landscape.
Becky Harris added this to 21 Patios Ready to Party
Movie star party. The incredible views and setting give this landscape a swanky, exclusive vibe.
