    The tall, clumping grass is Muhlenbergia rigens...very easy to grow a bunch of this from a $4 seed packet (find it from an online seed source) and the lower, more buff colored stuff is the Mexican Feather Grass, aka Nassella (or sometimes Stipa) tennuissima.
