This looks like Terracotta Shadowstone by Realstone Systems. It could also be out Terracotta Ledgestone, which has a more dramatic texture, but hard to tell. Hope that helps!

Awesome design! Is there any way you could identify the manufacturer and type of stone used in the backsplash? The realstone just doesn't seem to look the same... I would be grateful if you could let me know. Thanks a bunch.

The dimensions of the wet bar are approximately 116" x 94". The raised granite counter is slightly smaller in length to allow for an overhang.

I was told you could not use wood floors in basements. Have you had any issues with the engineered locking floors?
  • PRO
    Creative Design Construction, Inc.
Engineered wood flooring offers the timeless look of hardwood, but is perfect for basements and other areas where moisture can be an issue. We have used engineered flooring on many of our basement remodels and have not ran into a problem. Most products are specifically designed to be installed over concrete and is an acceptable alternative to carpet or tile.

I would suggest speaking with a company who specializes in engineered wood floor installation in your area so that they can access your basement. In order for it to be installed properly, the floor must be level. Perhaps that is why you were advised against it.

I found the same type of stone at realstonesystems.com. Called Ledgestone. Terracotta color. My local tile store carried. Even an identical product at Lowes.
  • Ryan Cartwright
Is this Desert Quartz Ledgestone or Oxide Ledgestone? Both are options at Lowes.

The whole bar is constructed out of Wellborn cabinet parts. Typically, it's a finished skin that is cut down to the required size.

Thank you for your inquiry! The stone is actually called Ledgestone stacked stone. It gives dimension to the backsplash and adds a bit of character. We have received a lot of questions regarding this backsplash and many Houzz users said you can find products similar at a local tile vendor or even Lowes.
