COASTROAD Hearth & Patio
This appears to be a masonry wood burning fireplace, not an insert of any kind. It is not gas.
If you are looking for something in gas with similar proportions, you might want to check out Napoleon's "Park Avenue" : http://www.napoleonfireplaces.com/products/gd82t-park-avenue-gas-fireplace/

How can I get this custom made type of precast concrete fireplace surround? - I don't know who to ask, or where to get this type of fireplace and would greatly appreciate any help. I've been struggling with what to do with my fireplace for 2 years. I have a similar room with similar windows on each side in similar wood. And I think it looks great. Thank you

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Becky Harris added this to Cozy Cabin Style
Note how the blanket has ben thrown over the sofa. Perfect for nights when the heat of the fire is not quite enough.
Becky Harris added this to Architectural Photography: Composition is Key
The symmetry of the back wall sets up the shot, and the icing on the cake is that glowing fire. The room looks light, cozy, and warm, and the photography conveys this.
KitchenLab | Rebekah Zaveloff Interiors added this to The Den Makes a Comeback
A fireplace. A den with a fireplace makes a cozy room even cozier. There's something about having a fireplace in the room, even in summer when you're not using it.
Erika Ward - Erika Ward Interiors added this to Decorate With Autumn's Best
Use delicious apples to add another layer of rich red color in your space. They are also a healthy snack within reach when you want to keep the winter weight gain at bay.
Becky Harris added this to Put Your Feet Up: A Dozen Overstuffed and Comfy Rooms
This may be the picture I've seen featured the most on Houzz over the years, proving the timelessness of cozy done in a beautiful way. Fireplace, slipcovers, autumnal throws and a seagrass rug add layers of comfort.
The Home Editor: City & Small Space Consulting added this to White Slipcovers for Pure Practicality
If you opt for white-covered pieces, you can still warm things up in winter. This living room by Bosworth Hoedemaker shows how a few cozy textiles can give ivory-hued pieces a warm, autumnal look.
Becky Harris added this to 11 Ways to Cozy Up at Home in Chilly Weather
Integrate throw blankets. Bring them into every room where you like to cozy up on a sofa or lounge chair for reading, gathering and watching TV. Drape them over furniture and keep extras in a trunk, window seat bench or drawer.See a slew of stylish ways to leave throws out in the open
Charmean Neithart Interiors added this to 12 Coffee Tables to Stir Up a Living Room Look
Repurpose an old trunk or suitcase. These types of pieces give a room a lived-in look while adding storage for blankets and pillows.
Lisa Frederick added this to How to Pick the Right End Tables for Your Sofa
Of course, there’s no law that says you have to double up on end tables if the look doesn’t jibe with your space. A single tray table at the far end of this sofa preserves the inviting openness of the room, and the arrangement is evened out by the folding table that sits on the diagonal across from it.
Vanessa Brunner added this to Fall Decorating Ideas From a Designer to the Stars
Q. What are your top 5 fall decorating must-haves?Answer: Heirloom pumpkins (not jack-o'-lanterns). Mums in the same fall hue. Fall-themed dishes, pillows and throws. I change my decorative pillows and throws for every season, and change out my everyday dishes from summer tones to fall ones. Fresh new candles and/or room sprays in warm, fall scents. Branches from outside! This is an easy way to facilitate a home from summer to fall.
Apartment 46 for the Home added this to 6 Ways to Warm Up Your Home With Accessories
Living near the Northern California coast, I don’t experience a winter with snow on the ground, snowmen in the yard and icicles on the eaves. However, there’s a crispness in the air and clear, starry skies that signal a distinct change in seasons. It’s the perfect time for lighting fires in the fireplace, hosting get-togethers or enjoying lazy weekends spent under heaps of warm covers. These easy updates will help you spruce up your home for the winter holidays and create a restful retreat from all the chaos.
Liz Miller Interiors added this to Rumford Fireplaces Are Hotter Than Ever
If you’re not building a new home, it’s still possible to get a Rumford fireplace. Conventional masonry fireplaces can be converted into Rumford-style designs. Contact a builder or an architect for more information, or get in touch with a specialist such as Buckley, who can help you “Rumfordize” your fireplace.More: How to Remodel Your Fireplace
Bryan Anthony added this to Houzz TV: Flickering Virtual Fireplaces to Warm Your Heart
Watch the video: Enjoy the flickering flames of your virtual fireplace on your phone, laptop or any other connected screen.1. This fireplace in Seattle was designed by the architects at Bosworth Hodemaker and is made from precast concrete.
