isn't it a bad idea to use wood paneling in the bathroom? Is it necessary to use a MDF or will the wood withstand the moisture??? thanks.

Is this paneling or original tongue and groove?

Egg artwork may add the perfect lighthearted touch to your space, as in this charming bathroom.

    5. Vintage towel stand. I have a special spot in my heart for this, as my mother and grandmother always had rickety wooden towel racks around. They are a great solution for a home where a lot of people share a bathroom. In a coastal cottage it's common for towel racks to be in the bedrooms. That allows all towels a shot at drying and prevents them from getting mixed up in the bathroom.

    7. Continuing on that raid, rethink the artwork in your bathroom. Swap in pieces from other rooms, or print some favorite photos from the computer, find some favorite postcards, rip an image out of a book or magazine and put them in inexpensive frames. Work with an artist to design a custom piece for your bathroom

Warm wood meets crisp planks for a cozy, serene setting. The towel rack and tub add period flavor that plays up the planking's old-fashioned feel.

Don’t want to add anything to the tub? Have no fear. Scavenge flea markets for unique pieces that can act as a towel rack. This distressed piece brings both charm and utility to the space.
