The fan is the Fanimation Islander, FP320RS1, with BPD4A blade set. This is similar, but with oil-rubbed bronze finish instead of rust and real woven bamboo instead of the composite blades: http://www.fanimation.com/products/islander/?group_id=157

We had the same problem with a screened in porch underneath our top deck. It was completely unusable if it was raining. So we did a lot of research and decided on having an under deck installed. It's not cheap, $6500 for a 12x20 space, but it is leak proof and guaranteed for life with a transferable warranty. We even had an electrician wire it for a ceiling fan/lighting and had eye bolts put in for a bed swing. We finally have a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the rain while staying nice and dry ;)
