I have a 13.5 x 17 ft family room with an 8 ft patio door on one wall an an open 6 ft wide entrance from the kitchen on adjacent wall. There is a powder room bordering the entrance from the kitchen. Only window is large door and in cold season do not open at all but need air flow! Furniture placement is a challenge. Any ideas will help. No storage for games and blankets. My husband and I share frequently with 7 grandchildren under 12. We want casual relaxed room.
