the fence is custom, wood cladding is clear cedar. The deck wood is dark red Meranti.

  • Kimberly de Witte
Does the red maranti require staining? How does it weather if not stained?

We love the exterior paint color on the house. Do you know the color?

I do not know, but I think it's buried in here somewhere because that question came up awhile back, look around the threads more. The house renovation was done before my time here.

What size are the boards that you use for stairs?

          EB Architecture + Design

I don't recall the exact size of the boards on the steps themselves, the steps though are 6" risers with 14" treads. The boards are either 1 x 4 or 1 x 6's. The riser boards are likely 1 x 4's that are ripped lengthwise with a 1/4" gap in between.
