Oak library with stone fireplace
Traditional Living Room, New York
This library was part of a whole house renovation. The walls are paneled with rift-sawn oak and there are hidden cabinets behind the panels. There is a secret door in the paneling too, and a pair of doors that swing back to become part of the paneling. The stone of the fireplace matches the stone walls on the property. The builder was Nordic Custom Builders of Greenwich, CT. Millwork is by Grace Ryan Magnus. Photo by Terry Smith
