I see house is 850 sq. feet. I saw a bunk room. is there another bedroom? Is a floor plan available and would house work with basement walkout as our site is a flat area on hillside? It is an adorable little place -perfect for guest house! Only thing that we wouldn't be able to use are the bifold doors as house would be in N. Wisconsin. We would likely have to do sliding and screen combo even though I love your door choices.
