Tiled in shades of crisp blue by Vidrepur in Titanium, the infinity spa is perfectly situated to keep the conversation flowing alongside two weather resistant Signature Chaises by Ledge Lounger on the baja shelf. Areca palms sit atop stone and tile planters and are lit for ambiance and enjoyment.

This cozy and modern outdoor seating area centers around a sleek concrete fire pit, providing warmth and ambiance for evening gatherings. A custom-built floating wooden bench adds a rustic, handcrafted touch, contrasting beautifully with the contemporary sectional sofa, which is adorned with colorful accent pillows for a pop of color. The neutral porcelain patio and stone wall create a clean backdrop, while the integrated wall lighting adds soft illumination, enhancing the intimate atmosphere.
The mix of materials—wood, stone, and concrete—creates a balanced, inviting space that is perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Whether enjoying the fire or simply lounging with friends, this outdoor living area offers a stylish and comfortable retreat.

This screened porch dining space at Ravine Reimagined blurs the line between indoors and out. Surrounded by tall glazing with views into the trees and glimpses of Lake Michigan beyond, the room invites relaxed meals and conversation immersed in nature. Warm wood cladding, a simple dining table, and woven textures create a quiet, organic palette that complements the landscape.
Designed by Jaffe Architecture, the space extends the home’s living areas outward, offering a sheltered connection to the ravine setting and seasonal lake views—an inviting place to gather across the year.

Situated on one of the most prestigious streets in the distinguished neighborhood of Highland Park, 3517 Beverly is a transitional residence built by Robert Elliott Custom Homes. Designed by notable architect David Stocker of Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro, the 3-story, 5-bedroom and 6-bathroom residence is characterized by ample living space and signature high-end finishes. An expansive driveway on the oversized lot leads to an entrance with a courtyard fountain and glass pane front doors. The first floor features two living areas — each with its own fireplace and exposed wood beams — with one adjacent to a bar area. The kitchen is a convenient and elegant entertaining space with large marble countertops, a waterfall island and dual sinks. Beautifully tiled bathrooms are found throughout the home and have soaking tubs and walk-in showers. On the second floor, light filters through oversized windows into the bedrooms and bathrooms, and on the third floor, there is additional space for a sizable game room. There is an extensive outdoor living area, accessed via sliding glass doors from the living room, that opens to a patio with cedar ceilings and a fireplace.
