Small spaces can provide big challenges. These homeowners wanted to include a lot in their tiny backyard! There were also numerous city restrictions to comply with, and elevations to contend with. The design includes several seating areas, a fire feature that can be seen from the home's front entry, a water wall, and retractable screens. This was a "design only" project. This is no ordinary pool installation - this family really did create a resort in their very own backyard. They chose a Viking Fiberglass Laguna model in the Pebble Beach color. Add some deck jets, custom tiling and one amazing waterfall construction, and you have yourself this masterpiece! This project was completed by Viking Pools of Redding in Redding, CA.

Casual yet elegant, the Etra Collection by Modern Outdoor offers a modern aesthetic that is constructed for outdoor use while being suitable for indoor settings. Etra’s visual inspiration is derived from its architectural-based frame system. The pieces are readily customizable for individual client needs.

Austin's Casa Azul is the the spot for all things happy. This AirBnb remodel it is joyful, hip and functional. I was hired to design, procure and set up this one bedroom private apartment, an Austin jewel nestled in Windsor Park. The bedroom, living room and dining space are furnished in bold colors and fun and eclectic style with a nod to Moroccan vibes. Take time to relax in the private outdoor area designated to you and your guest. We painted the fence a bright happy color and faced it with a colorful mural, making the space bright and fun. Chair lounge chairs, fire pit, café lights and grill finish the space making it party ready. Herb garden, succulent arrangement and fun, colorful metal art and décor add pops of color and interest. Casa Azul is ready for your stay.

Coy Land Techs created a butterfly garden that will also attract other pollinators. The goal of the project was successful on day one. The plants and color selection bring warmth to space.
