    Hi, the shutters are painted
PVC shutters with v-groove. The sailboat cutouts were designed by
our integrated architecture and construction firm, Polhemus Savery DaSilva and produced by a local building supply company.
    Thank you for your inquiry.

Could you provide details on the cedar shakes used for the roof? Thank you! This home is gorgeous!

Thank you for the kind comments, Melanie. Our integrated architecture and construction firm custom designed this weathervane for our client and had it fabricated, so unfortunately it is not available at a store.

Hi and thanks for your question. Red cedar shingles were used for the roof.

Hi, the exterior windows are "Eagle," which is a window manufacturer. The large window centered on the second floor is called a "arch top" or "radius top" window and is available with most window manufacturers. You would be able to order through a building supply company. Thank you for your inquiry.

Thank you for your question and interest in our homes. These weathervanes were all custom designed and fabricated by local metal workers.

Nautical details. New England coastal homes have a long tradition of pulling elements from the seafaring history of the area. You can’t go wrong with weathered shingles, creamy white shutters and a sea-inspired weather vane.

The “For Sale” sign is up. You’ve completed the big projects and the little tweaks, so you’re hopeful your efforts will pay off with a quick and profitable offer. But now comes the most critical part of the home-selling cycle: the day of a showing or an open house. A negative first impression can directly translate into dollars off a full asking price. Before opening the door to potential buyers the day of a showing, follow these tips from top Realtors and stagers all over the world.

If you look at the portfolio you can see what the back of the house looks like. I love the back but we could simplify as I know this will likely be expensive to do.
