    It does, however we're working on a retrofit project with a similar roofline built in the '20's and this type of solution would be prohibitive at best. We're looking at recreating a concrete troth system of which some remnants exist on site. I'll look into the form-a-drain system. Thanks.

    Makes sense for your situation. THis home was new construction so we were able to do these things. I can see why that would be a problem on a renovation. We have a remodeling project coming up where we plan to use no gutters, but with a 3' overhang and 2' cantilever on the original home, we are 5 ft from the foundation. We plan to swale and use drain tile just below the surface to move water around the house.
