Hello and thank you for your question. These windows are nominally 3' wide by 5'-6" tall. The 2/1 pattern is accomplished with a simulated "true divided lite"; which includes a grille on the interior and exterior ... as well as a spacer bar between the glass. Aesthetically, we like how the divided upper lights are about the same proportions as the overall window.

Full disclosure, we are not fans of the grille between the glass look ... we'd prefer no grilles. We also typically look to specify double hung windows that are 3' wide minimum.

Good luck with your camp in Maine. We think it is a beautiful place to escape to.

Sorry, we do not supply wood screen doors. As project architects, this screen door was designed by us and custom built by the builder. We're sure that there are plenty of woodworking craftsman in the Chicago area who could provide a similar screen door.

If possible, would you please share any information re: paint?

Hello and thank you for your question! On this particular project, the homeowner worked with an interior designer who specified the specific paint colors selected. We unfortunately do not have a record of the final selection.

I seem to remember a very similar product being offered in the LL Bean catalogue. And since this fantastic home is in Portland, just maybe..... I hopes that helps.
