Hi. It's been awhile since we installed this garden, but I'm pretty sure those are 'Mr. Bowling Ball' arborvitae. They are slow growing to 2.5-3' tall and wide. Of course they can be pruned to keep them smaller and tighter.

Hi. The junipers you are asking about are 'Golden Pacific' juniperus conferta (shore junipers). They are sometimes sold under the name 'All Gold' but it's the same plant. The tree on the immediate left is an 'Emperor 1' Japanese maple. The plum behind it is a 'Thundercloud' plum.
